Founded in 1947 by brothers Albert and Ralph Quaranta, Jefferson Lumber has built its reputation on quality products and craftsmanship, as well superior services and knowledgeable advice. As a family owned and operated business, we are able to develop a close rapport with our customers. We can promptly deliver to Morris, Sussex, Warren, Passaic, and Bergen counties.
Our Lumber Yard
In our ten acre yard, we stock a full line of framing and treated lumber. The Douglas Fir we stock is graded standard and better, and our pressure treated lumber is wolmanized .40cca from the best mills in North America. We carry a large inventory of plywood, ranging from basic CDX fir ply-score to a large assortment of hardwoods and special furniture grade veneered plywood.
We also carry an extensive variety of hardwood, such as Red and White Oak, Philippine and Genuine Mahogany, Cherry, Maple, Birch, Poplar, Ash, Walnut, Hickory, Cypress, Spanish Cedar, Western Red Cedar, Ipe, and Traditional Pine in clear and common grades. For exterior use, we carry a full line of primed pine and vinyl fascia boards.
